Maddenin <em>Kat\u0131 ve S\u0131v\u0131<\/em> ile gaz hallerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda plazma halinin de art\u0131k bilim insanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bir\u00e7ok alanda kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmek gerekir. Bu hallerin her birinin kendine ait \u00f6zelli\u011fi bulunmakla birlikte ayn\u0131 zamanda birbirleri ile temas ettikleri zaman ne gibi sonu\u00e7lar verdi\u011fini de yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar sonucu \u00f6\u011frenmekteyiz. \u00d6rne\u011fin; kat\u0131 bir cismin erimesi sonucu s\u0131v\u0131 hale gelmesi, s\u0131v\u0131 bir cismin \u0131s\u0131 kaybederek donmas\u0131 veya gaz halinde bir cismin direkt olarak kat\u0131ya ge\u00e7mesi yani k\u0131ra\u011f\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 ve maddenin temel konular\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Maddenin_Kati_ve_Sivi_Halleri\"><\/span><strong>Maddenin Kat\u0131 ve S\u0131v\u0131 H\u00e2lleri<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Maddenin_Kati_Hali\"><\/span><strong>Maddenin Kat\u0131 H\u00e2li<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Maddenin do\u011fada en \u00e7ok rastlan\u0131lan hallerinden birisi kat\u0131d\u0131r. <strong>Kat\u0131 cisimler<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00e7erisinde bulunan molek\u00fcller sayesinde sert ve d\u00fczenli bir yap\u0131ya sahiptir. \u015eekil de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, darbe veya temaslardan en az etkilenen kat\u0131 maddeler, i\u00e7erisindeki sabit molek\u00fcller nedeni ile bulunduklar\u0131 kab\u0131n \u015feklini alamazlar. Sert ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bir madde olduklar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 kat\u0131lar ayn\u0131 zamanda s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lma \u00f6zelli\u011fini de g\u00f6steremezler. Tuzun yap\u0131s\u0131, elmas ve de\u011ferli ta\u015flar hatta demir gibi baz\u0131 iletken maddelerde bu duruma \u00f6rnek olarak verilebilir. Kristal kat\u0131lar da kendi i\u00e7erisinde iyonik kat\u0131lar, molek\u00fcler kat\u0131lar, kovalent kat\u0131lar ve metalik olmak \u00fczere 4 k\u0131s\u0131mdan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kristal_Kati_Maddelerin_Ozellikleri\"><\/span><strong>Kristal Kat\u0131 Maddelerin \u00d6zellikleri<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kristal kat\u0131 maddelerin ilki iyonik kat\u0131lar olup elektrik ile ilgili k\u0131s\u0131md\u0131r. \u0130yonik kat\u0131lardan olu\u015fan bir cismin i\u00e7erisinden bulunan elektriksel \u00e7ekim kuvvetinden dolay\u0131, molek\u00fcller sert ve sabit bir hale gelir. Herhangi bir \u015fekil de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ya da bozulmaya u\u011framadan tek bir b\u00fct\u00fcn halde kalabilirler. Molek\u00fcler kat\u0131lar ise, kat\u0131 cisimlerin i\u00e7erisinde bulunan grupla\u015fma ile alakal\u0131d\u0131r. Di\u011fer k\u0131s\u0131mlardaki gibi tek par\u00e7a halinde olarak de\u011fil de molek\u00fcllerin kendi i\u00e7erisinde grupla\u015farak sert bir cismi olu\u015fturmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin; dipol-dipol, london ba\u011flar\u0131 ve hidrojen ba\u011flar\u0131 molek\u00fcler kat\u0131lar s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na girer. Kovalent yap\u0131l\u0131 kat\u0131larda, molek\u00fcllerin ortakla\u015fa elektron kullanmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 bir ba\u011f olu\u015furken, metalik yap\u0131l\u0131 kat\u0131larda bu durum pozitif y\u00fckl\u00fc atomlar\u0131n d\u00fczenli bir \u015fekilde s\u0131ralanmas\u0131 sonucu olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Kat\u0131 maddelerin di\u011fer bir k\u0131sm\u0131 olan amorf kat\u0131lar ise, belirli \u015fekilleri olmayan, ancak sert olup s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lamayan maddelerdir. Maddenin kat\u0131 halinin \u00f6zelliklerine ters olan \u015fekilsizlik, amorf kat\u0131lar\u0131n en belirgin \u00f6zellikleri aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. G\u00fcnl\u00fck hayatta kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z plastikler, k\u00f6p\u00fck veya margarin gibi kat\u0131 cisimlerin belirli \u015fekilleri olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bu duruma \u00f6rnek olarak verilebilir. S\u0131v\u0131 halin en \u00f6nemli \u00f6zelliklerinden birisi bulunduklar\u0131 kab\u0131n \u015feklini almalar\u0131d\u0131r. Kat\u0131lar gibi s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lamayan s\u0131v\u0131lar \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck miktarlarda da olsa s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilme y\u00f6n\u00fcnden farkl\u0131la\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n haricinde <strong>s\u0131v\u0131 maddeler<\/strong>\u00a0ak\u0131\u015fkan ve molek\u00fcl yap\u0131s\u0131 olarak d\u00fczensiz olmalar\u0131 nedeni ile atomlar\u0131 aras\u0131 bo\u015fluk kat\u0131 hale g\u00f6re daha fazlad\u0131r. Viskozitenin kelime anlam\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n akmaya kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6sterdikleri diren\u00e7 olarak tan\u0131mlanabilir. Bulunduklar\u0131 kab\u0131n \u015feklini alan ve belirli bir hacme sahip olan s\u0131v\u0131lar, yo\u011funluklar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 farkl\u0131 \u00f6zellikler sergilemektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin; su dolu bir barda\u011f\u0131n yere d\u00f6k\u00fclme s\u00fcresi ve ya\u011f dolu bir barda\u011f\u0131n yere d\u00f6k\u00fclme s\u00fcresi e\u015fit de\u011fildir. Polarl\u0131k derecesi, bir maddenin molek\u00fcllerinin di\u011fer bir madde molek\u00fclleri ile g\u00f6stermi\u015f olduklar\u0131 tepkime yani aralar\u0131nda kurulan ba\u011f g\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bir s\u0131v\u0131n\u0131n polarl\u0131k derecesi ne kadar fazla ise s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n viskozite de\u011feri de o kadar y\u00fcksek olur. Bal, s\u0131v\u0131 ya\u011f, alkol ve su gibi s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n polarl\u0131k ya da apolarl\u0131k derecesi laboratuvar ortamlar\u0131nda molek\u00fcllere ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak rahatl\u0131kla \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir. Apolarl\u0131k, molek\u00fcllerin kendi i\u00e7erisinde olu\u015fturmu\u015f olduklar\u0131 ba\u011f g\u00fcc\u00fc \u015feklinde tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, bir su y\u00fczeyine dokunuldu\u011funda parma\u011f\u0131n suyun i\u00e7erisine ne kadar s\u00fcrede ve ne \u015fiddetle girdi\u011fi bilinirse y\u00fczey geriliminin katsay\u0131s\u0131 da bulunabilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin; dere \u00fczerinde giden bir \u00f6r\u00fcmce\u011fin bacaklar\u0131 ile su y\u00fczeyi yak\u0131ndan incelendi\u011finde, \u00f6r\u00fcmce\u011fin bacaklar\u0131n\u0131n su i\u00e7erisine batmadan gitti\u011fi g\u00f6zlemlenir. K\u0131lcall\u0131k, kelime anlam\u0131 olarak iletim \u015feklinde ifade edilir.Bir pe\u00e7etenin ya da a\u011fa\u00e7 k\u00f6klerinin \u0131slanmas\u0131 sonucu s\u0131v\u0131n\u0131n en yukar\u0131lara kadar ula\u015fmas\u0131 k\u0131lcall\u0131k olay\u0131 ile ifade edilir.
