Zeytinler burada \u00e7ekirdeklerinden ayr\u0131lmadan i\u015fleme girerler. K\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde hem zeytinin kendisi hem de \u00e7ekirdekleri k\u0131r\u0131larak hamur haline gelir.
