Bu nedenle di\u011fer insanlar gibi olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak yerine kendinize odaklanmal\u0131 ve k\u0131yaslamay\u0131 b\u0131rakmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. \u00d6zellikle sosyal medyan\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu &#8220;m\u00fckemmel hayat ya\u015fayan m\u00fckemmel insanlar&#8221; g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc, tamamen bir yan\u0131lg\u0131dan ibarettir.
