Bunun sebebi ne istedi\u011fini yeterince bilmemek ve kendini tam olarak tan\u0131yamamakt\u0131r. \u00d6ncelikle ilk yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u015fey d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri susturmak yerine dinleyip anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakt\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece insan\u0131n, nelerin can\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ya da nelerden ho\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 fark etmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.
