Bunu neredeyse b\u00fct\u00fcn patl\u0131canl\u0131 yemeklerde yap\u0131yoruz. Ama soyulan kabuklar\u0131n yeme\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilece\u011fini biliyor musunuz?<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Patlican_Kabuklarini_Atmayin_Yemek_Yapin\"><\/span>Patl\u0131can Kabuklar\u0131n\u0131 Atmay\u0131n Yemek Yap\u0131n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Patl\u0131can\u0131n kabu\u011fu yendi\u011fi halde bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 soyuyoruz. Bu ger\u00e7ek bir yana duysun k\u0131zartma t\u00fcr\u00fc yiyecekler bir o kadar da lezzetlidir. T\u0131pk\u0131 patates k\u0131zartmas\u0131 gibi patl\u0131can\u0131n da k\u0131zartmas\u0131 vard\u0131r. Patl\u0131can\u0131 k\u00fcp k\u00fcp do\u011frayabilirsiniz yada t\u0131pk\u0131 patates gibi uzunlamas\u0131na dilimleyebilirsiniz. Ya da enlemesine kesip yuvarlak dilimler haline getirebilirsiniz. Tek fark\u0131 \u00e7abuk k\u0131zarmas\u0131 ve \u00e7\u00f6pe atmak \u00fczere oldu\u011fumuz kabuklar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesidir.<\/p>\n<p>Dilerseniz k\u0131zarm\u0131\u015f patl\u0131can kabuklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fczd\u00fcr\u00fcp bekletebilir yan\u0131na kabak k\u0131zartmas\u0131 ekleyebilirsiniz. Bunlar\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcne de sar\u0131msakl\u0131 yo\u011furt ekleyip so\u011fuk meze olarak da t\u00fcketebilirsiniz. Ancak hat\u0131rlatmakta fayda var. Sar\u0131msaklar\u0131 asla k\u0131zartmay\u0131n yeme\u011fin tad\u0131n\u0131 bozar. Sar\u0131msakl\u0131 yo\u011furt so\u011fuk mezedir.<\/p>\n<p>Son olarak hat\u0131rlatmakta fayda var.
